General Manager/Director of Operations

This barely 30 year old young lady is already a 20+ year veteran of the restaurant business.  Yes, that is right, she went to work around 10 (could have been earlier) polishing and rolling silverware and helping to bus table at our family restaurants in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  She is currently the General Manager of NIKS but she also helps out as the the Director of Operations for Tio Loco Tex Mex and Noodles Italian Kitchen.
